We are a team of very professional Sports therapists who have all completed three years at university and gone on to take additional courses to keep us up to date.

We are also qualified Personal trainers and Sports coaches. Alongside our sports therapy and massage we do fitness classes for you and your friends or just on a personal basis.

We aim to give the best service possible to our clients.

Personal Training

We work with you to help achieve your fitness and goals.
Our one to one sessions will be tailored to fit your every need. Whether this is cardio or weight training. Our on site gym has everything you need.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a great way to keep fit. It always offers a range of different exercises that fit everyone’s needs. We are a friendly group who meet at the following times at DH Fitness in Coleshill:

  • Monday 6pm
  • Tuesday 7pm
  • Friday 6.30am

Group Runs

Running is a great way to stay fit and healthy. In addition to improving fitness, it provides an opportunity to explore different routes and meet new people. You can run in a group, or we offer individual running sessions.

Centurion Running Club meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Alternatively, you can join Dan and Dazz at Coleshill Cricket Club every Sunday at 9 am.
